Evaluation Study of the PAWE Project
The PAWE Project(Papua Women's Empowerment) aims at increasing the
capacity of local Papuan women's groups and individuals, in order to
be able to participate in the process of planning, implementation, until
evaluation of development programs in Tanah Papua. Apart from that, they
are also expected to articulate and push their rights and gender
equality. This project is funded by the Japan Social Development Fund,
implemented by Oxfam and supervised by the World Bank. In the
implementation in 11 regencies (kabupaten) in Tanah Papua, Oxfam works
together with the Program of PNPM/Mandiri, in Papua Province (RESPEK) as
well as in Papua Barat (PNPM/Mandiri-Perdesaan).
Objectives
The objectives of the evaluation study of the PAWE Project are:
1. To track project's achievements based on the project
development objectives of PAWE;
2. To identify and analyze factors contributing to the achievement of
project's indicators;
3. To provide recommendations for future implementation of women's
empowerment project in Papua region.
Qualification
The consultant/firm should:
· Have minimum 5 years experiences in conducting project
evaluation/ impact study,especially community development and/or women
empowerment projects;
· Have knowledge or expertise in social development, preferably
on community development, gender, women studies,;
· Have experiences to conduct similar activities in Tanah Papua,
and/or have adequate understanding on contextual issues on community
development,gender, and women's empowerment in Tanah Papua;
· Have ability to produce a report in Bahasa Indonesia and
English.
The submission of EOI should include also CV and proposal,detailing
several points bellow as the criteria for selecting proposal:
· Scope of work: explains the outline of key activities to be
carried out and its time frame, by referring to the process explained
above;
· Methodology and tools/instruments that will be used;
· Overall costs include fee rates, travel costs, etc.

On the basis of the above information, OXFAM shall draw up the shortlist
of Consultants. Only shortlisted Consultants will be invited to submit

POSITION PURPOSEThe Sr. Co-worker (Public Relations & External Communications):
1. Help the National Director and Director- Fund Development &
Communications in developing PR & external communication strategy, its implementation and generating reports on the same.
2. Responsible for development of all external communication material for the National Office (as per the communication and brand guidelines); coordinating national events and formation of partnerships that ensure coverage of the identified issues in the targeted media channels.
3. Servicing the PSAs and Foreign donors in their reporting and proposal development
4. Support the *National Director* in public relations and external communications with the government functionaries
JOB PROFILE- Responsible for all the external communication of the National Office
- Contribute to the development, implementation and reporting of the Fund Development and Communication strategy and the annual plans for the country- Provide imformation sorted by PSAs and foreign donors/human interset stories, pictures, videos, etc- Create opportunities for visibility of the issues/campaigns for rights of children, SOS Children Villages Indonesia and key donor partnerships- Help the Fund Development team in writing proposals, coordinating donor visits, organising fund development events and development of donor communication material.- Help in selection and management of external agencies that provide services like advertising, public relations, designing, media monitoring, research etc.- Any other assignment as entrusted by the supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in the field of Mass Communication/Business Administration/Marketing/ Communications.
- 2 years of experience in handling external communications/advertising/public relations.
- Ability to write external communication material like brochures, newsletters, press releases, website information, etc
- Experience in handling relationships with media and agencies that provide Public Relations and Creative designing services will be an added advantage.- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Good knowledge of communication strategies
- High interpersonal skills
- Team oriented
- Good computer skills
- Willing to travel as and when required

Scope of Work : Strengthening Integrity and Accountability Program-1 (SIAP-1), Indonesia Translator
Strengthening Integrity and Accountability Program-1 (SIAP-1) is a three year program funded by the United States Agency for
International Development implemented under the leadership of
Management Systems International (MSI).
Project Summary:
The objective of SIAP-1 is to contribute to good governance in
Indonesia by strengthening integrity and accountability in government
– principally at the national level. It will do this by supporting governmental and non-governmental efforts to strengthen integrity and accountability. Two major components of SIAP-1 are:
1. Supporting efforts by key accountability agencies such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Supreme Audit Body (BPK) to strengthen integrity and accountability in government.
2. Supporting efforts to strengthen political integrity and
accountability by reducing the influence of “money politics.” This will include support for efforts to strengthen the fair regulation of political finance and effective oversight and enforcement.
Position Summary:
The Translator shall provide technically accurate translation of the requested documents from Bahasa to English and English to Bahasa. The Candidate is also responsible for providing technically accurate verbal interpretation from Bahasa to English and English to Bahasa.
Responsibilities:
• Translate written program documents into English and Bahasa
• Conduct consecutive and simultaneous oral translation during meetings
• Conduct other tasks as assigned by COP.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Native Bahasa and fluent written and oral English.
• Knowledge of Anti-Corruption and Development Assistance Terminology
• Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
• Be able to work efficiently and accurately in a demanding environment
• Good team-work and participatory skill
**This is a local position; only Indonesian nationals will be considered.
